We all know that some steaks are expensive, others are cheap, and we have defiantly eaten good and bad ones over the years.  We will dispel some of the myths and misunderstandings, and teach you how to recognise better quality steaks, and teach you how to understand how they should be cooked or served to get the best results. 


Wagyu, Angus, grass or grain fed, what does it mean? How does it taste?  


One of our favourite ways to serve steak is large 1kg+ which allow you to get a great crust, and remain delicious, tender, and melt in the mouth.  It is a show stopper, and will be a great feature at any dining table.  Once you understand how to cook big steaks, you will never go back.
