We will tour the meat hall, and you will be shown how to select lamb and understand the different cuts.
My family have been growing and cooking lamb for generations, it is one of my favourite things to cook. (Due to the hazard we won't be cooking a whole lamb, but the photo is my Grandfather and Dad cooking one in the 50's)
We will cover; braising lamb tagine/peka style, this is one of my favourite ways to cook lamb, and is perhaps the most requested thing I make by my friends and family. We will of course be grilling and smoking, and how to get the best out of each cut.
